G for Galvan…

… Is it just me or did this past weekend fly by? I had an extra long weekend due to our friends from Michigan being here. So sad they had to leave this morning & my little booty had to go back to work. Reality check! I wanted to show you a wreath I made for our front door last week. Our door was looking a little bare since we took our Christmas wreath came down {four months ago…shhhhh}… It was about time we spruced up the front door….

I love my new wreath I made & better yet it’s easily transformable….
This wreath was so simple to make that I didn’t even take pictures of my step by step progress. I simply picked out flowers at my local craft store & arranged them on the wreath where I wanted them. I “secured” them to the wreath by weaving them through the twigs on the wreath. Lastly I painted the letter “G” & hot glued it to the wreath. Done. Very simple & I love how I can switch out the flowers very easily. Simple enough? I think so.
I was thinking about putting our address numbers instead of the “G”{for Galvan}, but right next to our door is our address.. that would be a little redundant.
& again with the blue Liz, Really?!? I love it.
& there is the front door.
Have you made a wreath lately??? I would love to see it! Go post a link or a picture on Liz Marie Blog Facebook page. Maybe I will even feature a few here on the blog.. Go show off your talent! I hope you all are having a great week… Hubby, the puppies & I are trying to stay cool over here..  the car said {100 degrees} today. ouch. Talk to you all soon…. XX Liz Marie
