So. It’s that time. There is one more room in
the LMB household that is done, for now.
This room was dark little closet that we rarely
went into, I mean let’s face it, It’s the laundry room.
You walk in, throw the clothes in, turn it on, & walk
out. I wanted a lovely little laundry room that
I could leave the door open & want to show it off
instead of hide it. This room is right off of our kitchen,
so it gets seen a lot!
Before this room was more like a dark closet with no
character…
It’s crazy what a different wall color & some accessories can
do to a lovely little space…

& after…..

& after…
……………………………………………………….
For extra organization we installed a shelf above the washer and dryer.
It was very simple. We simply installed two shelf brackets & cut
a board to the length we wanted & painted it black.
So there you have it! Our laundry room so far.
I’m really happy with it & I do not mind doing laundry in
here at all! I also keep the door open now

Oh, it is darling!!! I love the vintage/industrial feel to it!! I think putting the detergent in the glass jar is so cute!! I think I’d be looking for laundry to do just to go in there and be around such cuteness!!!
Great job!!!!

Love the laundry room. I like how you put the shelf up on top of the washer and dryer. I need a way to hide my cords in my laundry room. Thanks again for sharing.

I really like the makeover! I especially love that the changes were subtle yet made a big difference in the space. That shelf is so charming and I love the new storage area and accessories. You did a fabulous job on this room!
Sharon @ mrs. hines class
I’m loving your little shelf just over the machines and the way you decorated it, with that cute scale, which I love! New storage area is my motto, I just did mine as I was losing great space in the back wall of the machines too. Loving your redo, it’s great! I just dropped by from the Before and After Party!
