It’s now officially my favorite season! The season I dream about all summer while I’m sweating in the North Carolina heat, the season where clothes get comfier, coffee gets yummier, & days become shorter. I love everything about fall. & this year I decided to bring fall inside my house. I’m not one for decorating for seasons, but I’m slowly changing that & making it work in my house with my own style…
For our entry table I cut up some simple burlap squares and stenciled the burlap. I had some white frames laying around the house that I used to frame the burlap squares. For the two pots, I painted them & then stenciled them. I used white beans for the filler in the pots and the candle vase. I refinished those candlesticks a while back, & those pumpkins are from Michaels. The wreath I already had, I simply hung it with some jute that I had & placed a black bird piece of art that was a gift to me.
I love simplicity. I love neutrals. I love burlap. I love fall.
Happy Fall Ya’ll {Said in my northern girl accent} I’m adjusting to the southern lifestyle slowly, but surely
What do you think of the beginning of my fall decor in our home? Stay tuned for more fall coming into our house. Have you decorated for fall yet?? If you blogged about it, I would love to see your fall decor! Link up your posts in the comments so I can see.
Talk to you soon..

My goodness, the cabinet and the fall frames are super pretty!
Beautiful, seriously. I especially love the twigs/sticks as a runner. Stunning set up.
I love the colors you chose! The dresser is so perfect and adds the right amount of chic to the burlap! Nice job!
Fabulous! I don’t think I could decorate for fall without burlap. It just adds the perfect rustic touch. This dresser is a neat spot to decorate and provides a lovely backdrop against the neutral colours. Your stenciled pots look like they’ve been around for years!

You did a fab job, but I am most interested in the dresser. Did you paint that yourself, and if so, could you tell me how? (paint color, please)
