Spring Dining Room

Lovely spring dining room tour!! Get inspired by some great ideas on how to decorate your home for spring. - lizmarieblog.com

I have been bringing spring into our home for the past few weeks a tiny bit at a time because guess what? I’m ready for it!! I’m ready for warm days, bike rides, windows open, budding flowers, green grass, & not having to wear a jacket everywhere I go. Thankfully it’s been pretty warm here in NC & we have been blessed with some warm days already. I know a lot of people are still dealing with snow & cold weather so I thought I would share our spring dining room to bring some lovely warm decor into your life. Our dining room is really the center of our home & so I really wanted to liven it up with some lovely spring details to make it really set the spring mood all throughout our house. Today I’m taking you on a spring tour of our dining room, but I will be back with all of the DIY posts that went into this room.

  21. Love your dining room. The simplicity, the symmetry and that color! I, too, am ready for spring, and it looked like we were finally on our way. But then snow had to happen again this afternoon, a day after it was 70 degrees. Here in N.C.! What?

If you ever make it to Greensboro, you should really check out a store called Farmer’s Wife, You would love that place. Your dining room reminded me a lot of the shop. There are a few photos from the store in this post I wrote last spring: http://www.attagirlsays.com/2013/05/13/bloggers-hats-shopping-and-teatime-hometalk-n-c-bloggers-meetup-recap/

    • I’m so glad you love our spring dining room!!! & o my goodness that store looks beautiful & I know I would get into a lot of trouble in there ;) I absolutely love Greensboro so much & I would love to go back there soon!

  22. It looks fantastic…there is not one thing that I would love to have in my own home…love.

  23. One long, narrow vintage chippy blue wood drawer from an industrial cabinet (found by the road!) to be filled with home grown dried pink hydrangeas ASAP. Just lovely.

  24. I love this space so much! We’re renting and I always love ideas I can actually try! Can I ask where the dining table & chairs are from! They are my favorite!

  25. I love your dining room!! It is so fresh and bright with a great mix of rustic elements!! I am enjoying all of your natural touches. It all looks great!!
