Ever since my last DIY Dresser to Shelves makeover
which you can see {here} I have been itching to
do another one. This past week I found a dresser
that was going to be thrown away, & I decided
to give him {yes, it’s a boy} a second chance at
being a useful little dresser…
This little boy was looking a little rough & was missing one
drawer. But he had a good shape & I knew that a missing
drawer was a good opportunity to make some dresser
shelves…
I decided to cover the shelves with burlap to
add to the rustic beachy feel of the antique blue finish.
This dresser didn’t have any hardware, so I added
my own.. & these antique brass ones were
the perfect fit!
This dresser would be a great entertainment center, storage in
a bedroom, sofa table, or Great for an entryway table.. there is literally
endless possibilities.
The shelves are great for storage or displaying items.
So what do you think of my second Dresser to shelves makeover?
I am pretty excited that this one actually had drawers & shelves
together. Have you made over a dresser into shelves? How
did you do yours? I would love to see them.. Go link them
up on the facebook page {here} or leave a link below. You can
also tweet me the link or picture!
Talk to you soon…

Can you elaborate on the process and color(s) you used? Looks great!
I would love to know paint color as well. It’s gorgeous!
thx
Christian Louboutin footwear can be found in Dallas at fine department stores
and boutiques. From the strappy design to the striking, and nearly
identical colors, the only big difference between “Fashion Star” host Jessica Simpson’s shoe and Louboutin’s is the price.
