Well, here we are again. IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!! I seriously can’t believe I’m 26. I feel like I just turned 25 yesterday. My grandparents are here visiting from Michigan for my birthday this week & I feel so incredibly blessed that they were able to come & spend time with us. I am not taking any moment with them for granted. Having them here is the best 26th birthday present I could ask for. Last year on my 25th birthday I shared 25 facts about me, so I thought I would share 26 super random facts this year about myself that might make you think I’m really weird & scare you away from ever reading my blog again, or they may make us best friends.
1. I’m a flats kind of girl. I’m WAY too awkward to wear heels all the time.
2. I have a birthmark on my neck in my hairline. You can’t see it, but just know that it’s there.
3. I was a competitive cheerleader back in the day.
4. I still wear some jeans I wore in high school. They need to be thrown out. Someone save me.
5. I’ve attended three colleges.
6. I was a barista for 4 years. Room for cream?
7. I’m addicted to sweet potato fries.
8. I avoid roller coasters like it’s my job.
9. When breaking bad ended I cried a little
10. I hate shi-tzus.
11. I randomly lie about my obsession with shitzus
12. Cherry coke is my weakness. Target fountain cherry coke all day everyday.
13. I love baseball. Go Tigers!
14. Favorite celebrity guy: Tom Hardy. Yup.
15. I’m dutch. Among many other things.
16. I’ve been labeled a sauce connoisseur by many.
17. I hate being hot. Summers in North Carolina are no bueno.
18. Sleeping in is my favorite.
19. I brush my teeth & wash my face with coconut oil every night.
20. A jeep wagoneer is my dream vehicle.
21. Forensic reality shows are my favorite!
22. I strictly maintain a messy purse.
23. I’m a night owl. & please don’t talk to me until I’ve had my coffee in the a.m.
24. I call a phillips screwdriver a starfish.
25. my closet & my home decor are mainly neutral. Neutrals are my jam.
26. I set at least 8 alarms to wake up in the morning. Don’t lie, you do too.
