It happened again. I walked into Marshalls this past weekend & came back out with a piece of furniture. I have no self control & I openly admit that, but self control isn’t always fun. You want to know what fun is? A lovely wood and metal industrial side table. That’s fun. Right when I saw this table I knew exactly where it needed to go in our home. I had a “DIY stool table” that I made by putting a tray on top of a stool in our front sitting room that is right next to another recent furniture purchase from TJ Maxx {I’m telling you, no self control} my new tufted chair. It was cute for a while, but when I saw this table I just knew it was time to say goodbye to the stool table & hello to a lovely little change.
Here is the little stool table that I had in the spot before. It was such a last minute thing that was thrown together, but really worked for a while. stools make great end tables!
but because I’m always changing things, the stool is now in the office, & the tray will find a new home too. Now in it’s spot is that cute little industrial end table that I’m clearly obsessed with. But for $50 aren’t you obsessed too?
& can we please discuss this organic shaped metal orb? If you know me, I’m obsessed with anything gold so when I saw this orb at Marshalls, I had to pick it up. The coasters? I actually picked those up at Haven at the Southern Accents Architectural Antiques booth. They were their business cards, but I think they make great coasters too. What do you think? & what do you think of my new side table? I love that it’s light, rustic, & can virtually fit in any room in our home when the mood strikes me for another change. Which will probably be next week, let’s not kid ourselves. Also, our stores had a ton of these little tables, so if you like it hopefully yours will be stocked with them as well. Let me know what you think in the comments below, find me on Facebook, or chat with me on Instagram! xx
Come see our World Market Coffee Table Makeover {here}. It’s pretty epic!
Can you tell me who makes this leather ottoman? It’s lovely!
