I blogged my tour through the HGTV Dream Home a few days ago [here], & if any of you were wondering, that trip to Martha’s Vineyard still feels like a dream. We did so much in just two days there, but I was really sad that I didn’t get to take a ton of photos, I was too busy taking in all of the beauty of the island. That’s important though right? To put our phones & cameras down & really just enjoy the beauty around us. I did take a few photos while we were on the vineyard & I wanted to share you some unseen photos of the HGTV dream home that I didn’t share in the tour post the other day. I am just so thankful for the trip to the dream home with GMC & I am thankful that I did take a few photos to remember the trip by. I hope you enjoy…
Here are some snapshots of a rainy afternoon walk on Martha’s Vineyard that I took.. I was in love with all of the architecture & the dreamy homes on the island. I wish I had more than a half hour to take a walk in this beautiful place, but I’m so glad I had that time to explore & check out the beauty of the island. I fell in love with every home & really all the details on them. I am so excited to get some shakes on our home in Michigan!
& a few shots from the HGTV dream home that we toured after my rainy day walk that I didn’t get to share in my last post [here] of my tour of the home…
Here are some cell phone shots I borrowed from the lovely Kelly of GMC of us listening to the architect of the HGTV dream home talk to us about the design of the home. It was so interesting to heart the details & the story of the house before we got to tour it. Also one of us ladies by the hot GMC Acadia Denali. I think this color looks good on me no? I mean.. just look at it. Hot!
& Some more lovely images from around the island & in our hotel [Harbor View Hotel on Martha’s Vineyard]. We only got to see a very small portion of the island, but what I saw made me fall in love with the place & left me feeling inspired…
Kind of a cell phone dump of photos from my trip, but I hope you guys enjoyed it & that you were excited about the tour as much as I was. It truly was a gift to be able to go & I will never forget little old me getting to tour that beautiful home. Have you ever been to Martha’s Vineyard? Visiting Martha’s Vineyard would be a dream come true. This place is beautiful. I’m glad you got to spend two days there and that you shared these photos. Have a nice day Liz!
I love these pictures….thanks for sharing! I visited Martha’s Vineyard when I was in high school and I remember loving every building and structure with their corbels and gingerbread moldings. The attention to detail is just everywhere. What a beautiful place to visit!!
