A lot of comments I get are about our white slipcovered sofas. The one we have in our downstairs living room is from Ikea, but I wanted to share with you guys a few other options besides Ikea. I did a little online shopping at a few places & gathered 6 lovely white slipcovered sofas starting at $399 & up. The places I listed also have other white slipcover sofa options besides the one I pictured as well, but these 6 are some of my favorites. You can click the names below the photo to shop the sofas & get more info on them. I hope this post helps some of you who are shopping around for a sofa, I know how hard it can be! Let me know what you think of these white slipcovered sofas in the comments below & thank you as always for stopping by my little blog today! It’s so funny I was shopping for a new sofa for quite some time, mine is twenty + years old and sagging. Last night I put your first choice in my cart. It had all of the things I was looking for. I cant wait to get it.
We bought the Ikea Ektorp sofa and love seat last August. A lot of people I know thought I was nuts. Although we don’t have children at home, we do have a black and white cat that sheds a lot! I keep a throw blanket on his corner of the loveseat. I finally got the nerve up to wash the slipcovers this past week. I was a little nervous even after reading how easy it is. Well, it really is that easy. Washed the cushion covers the first week and the sofa covers the following week. Dried to about 80%. They came out beautiful. A little shorter in length at the skirt but no big deal. White and fresh and clean. I may get an additional slipcover set in another color, but I love the crispness of the white right now. I would recommend these sofas. Yes, Pottery Barn sofas are probably more comfortable, but not worth the additional cost. Thanks, Liz for your review you did on these sofas in the past. That helped me make my decision!!
These are definitely the best white slipcovered sofas I’ve seen. Thank you for sharing this one.
This post is so timely for me. I am considering a new sofa and have always admired the white ones, and have waffled for ages . But, being 67, it may be ‘now or never’! However, it may also be the right time: my kids are now adults; I have 1 cat & live by myself. For those times friends come over or my kids come for a stay or the Christmas socializing happens (etc. etc.), as a quilter, I’ll whip one out and grace it with a quilt to save it from too much wear……….. I love the cottage or shabby chic look anyways. Thanks again for helping me with my decision.
