If you guys follow me on Instagram you already know my obsession for lemons. It’s been a thing this summer & I can’t seem to stop. It all started with a pillow from Linen & Ivory & it’s spiraled out of control since then. & I’m not mad about it! As I was walking through our dining room filled with lemons today I realized that I had never blogged our lemon decor yet. Who am I? I figured it needed to be documented, because let’s face it.. it’s lemons today & who knows what else tomorrow. Just kidding these lemons have been here for weeks & I love them so much they will stay for a while longer….
I posted about my love for lemons last week [HERE] & included a lot of the items that I had ordered from Amazon for our dining room like that lemon garland & the loose lemons laying around. Can you believe this stuff is from Amazon?! How awesome is that? Honestly with lemon decor you don’t need to do too much. With those little pops of yellow lemons, a little goes a long way. For this space I used two lemon garlands, to mini lemon wreaths, & some loose lemons spread around. It doesn’t take much. Also on the table I used chargers & plates from World Market & hand towels from the dollar section at Target as napkins. Such a simple way to bring summer into our farmhouse dining room.
What do you think of our lemon farmhouse dining room? Have you been decorating with lemons this summer? How have you used them? Let me know in the comments below, tag me on Instagram & Facebook, & show me those lemons! That kind of sounds weird.. but you get what I mean haha. xx
