A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of doing a styled shoot at the house that you may have seen [HERE] in our post about the loss of our eighth baby. It was an honor to be a part of for so many ways & though it came at a crazy time a day after we lost our baby, it also came at a great time because it was a beautiful distraction from the pain we had just gone through. One thing was a beautiful Fall table setting that we set in our back field… it was so fun to have such a creative team to put this together. We used one of my favorite tables & my favorite dining chairs from Joss & Main….
This setting out in the field just describes a Michigan fall night to me & that’s why I love it so much. The table also has the best vintage cozy vibe which you know I’m in love with! The cups on the table were vintage finds and I love the amber mixed in with all of the jewel tone florals, candles, & the layer of gauzy cozy material used as a runner. I think my favorite part is the eucalyptus base of the entire vignette with the eucalyptus tied on the chairs, used as the runner, & used in the floral arrangements. It’s a great neutral base to all of the rich cozy tones that are used here. The orange in the florals, the orange of the fruit, & the orange of the ribbon just all pops so well & really proves the point that you don’t need pumpkins to make it feel like fall… it can all be done with rich cozy tones & tons of texture! I kind of wish my dining room always looked this pretty, but I’m so thankful to have these shots of this setup in our field, because dinners in the field on our farm have always been a dream of mine.
This table setting is so inspiring to me & I didn’t want to keep it to myself so I hope that it inspires you as well for your fall decor this year. Jewel tone florals, vintage glassware, eucalyptus, candlesticks, cozy fabric, & some pops of orange with grapefruit or pumpkins… that’s all that’s needed for this beautiful tablescape!! Thank you all for stopping by the blog today & every day to see what we are up to.. it means the world to me! Be sure to follow me on Instagram for more hind the scenes of our fall decor & farm! xx

Can you please share where the candlesticks are from–in particular the brass/gold, twisted stem ones? I’ve been searching your resources and google for over an hour! I’m sure you can relate, hahaha. Thank you!
This is just beautiful…love everything!!
What is the name of your chairs. Love, love, love them. Would love to have these for a later use.
Hi there! I was the photographer and one of the creators of this styled shoot. The candle sticks are vintage finds as most the decor on the table was.

I couldn’t find the table on the J & M website. That doesn’t mean it’s not there. I just couldn’t find it.
Your fall tablescape is absolutely stunning.
