Hi all!! I’m still on a high for my preset launch [HERE] that I launched yesterday. Thank you guys for making it so successful and for sharing in this passion of mine. If you missed the news, I launched some presets & you can see them [HERE]. Ok.. Even though I’m still in the clouds and over the moon excited about the launch I wanted to keep sharing Christmas decor with you guys this week in hopes that I can inspire you for your Christmas decor before you start decorating for the holidays. Today we are in our dining room for a simple Christmas look inspired by some vintage letters & envelopes I found while out picking…
Simple & cozy right? I first started with a fresh greenery garland that I picked up at a local nursery. I love the smell of fresh Christmas greens!! After that I stuck in some of my vintage letters to the garland. I love how that whole nostalgic feel comes up with the letters in Christmas decor of “I’ll be home for Christmas” or sending out Christmas cards to all your friends and relatives [you could actually use christmas cards from family and friends in your garland to display!] I mixed in some candle holders and candle sticks from World market for that cozy glow & some cardboard houses & bottle trees picked up at a local boutique. Simple, cozy, and a tad whimsical with my love for the mix of the old and the new. The cherry on top? My vintage silverware finds! I’m loving the patina of them & how well they fit in our old farmhouse. For a festive little DIY garland I clipped some old envelopes onto the card holder garland from the Hearth & Hand line at Target & held it up with 3M strips over the window. Simple, cozy, & nostalgic Christmas decor.
This holiday season I’m going simple. It’s almost like my brain is so messy that I’m just craving the simplicity of the season. Of course with that being said I will forever make my spaces cozy… so today, I hope this look gives you all the cozy feels and inspires you for your holiday decor this year! Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today & every single day to see what we are up to. It means the world to us! xx
Here are the presets I use to edit all my photos [HERE]:

Hey Liz,
The presets are great and dwells with the candles shining in between. I would like to check the other link you shared. The idea of bringing the old vintage newsletters pulled out the essence !!
Can you please tell us where you found your bottle brush trees? Looks very pretty!
Thank you
I am going today to get a set of those cardboard houses. So cute, Liz! Do you have to have Light Room to use the presets?
Where are the cardboard houses found? I’d love to add those to my decor as well!
Christmas has certainly arrived everything looks wonderful, i love the idea of old postcards, i have a few that my father sent my mom when he was fighting in WWII. Thanks and have a wonderful day.
I found them at Hobby Lobby. A set of three was $14.99. This week they are 30% off.
I just recently began to follow you about a month or so ago. You are very inspiring. I love the way you have decorated your table, it is very calming an beautiful to look at. I have read through some of your older posts as well. I love your style! However, I signed up with my email but haven’t gotten any emails in this last month an a half or so? I wouldn’t have even seen this post, if it wasn’t for me searching & finding you on Facebook, then liking your page & it popped up on my newsfeed…do I need to do something else to receive the emails? I would appreciate the help, as I look forward to following you. Thank you! ?

Absolutely love your style. This is beautiful, classic and oh so bright! I adore the song playing also and would be so grateful if you could share what it’s called!
Liz that room is perfect for Christmas with that gorgeous snowy landscape in the background. Using the vintage letters is such a unique idea.. I have letters that have been in my husbands family that date back as far as 1939. They are such a treasure!
Thank you for sharing this with us… It is just lovely!
Love the Christmas table. Went yesterday and found the same house! Felt like I scored on that. Have most of the items, just need more greenery. Thanks for sharing!
So elegant in its simplicity. And very easily adapted to any home. Nice!
Absolutely adorable! Your attention to detail is impeccable. I would have never thought to use postcards – so cute and cozy!
