This past weekend I had the pleasure of visiting two small shops that truly inspire me so I was so excited to share a tiny glimpse of them today on the blog in hopes that they would inspire you as well. One of my all time favorite things to do is visit small shops all over the country even more ever since we opened up our small brick and mortar shop 3 years ago. I love sharing them here on the blog to celebrate the small shops, but also because I know that everyone who stops by the blog is from all over this little planet of ours so I hope that you are able to support these small shops in your travels as well. This past weekend I made a quick trip to Indiana to visit Antique Candle Co. in Lafayette which I shared my whole experience on Instagram with you guys, but today I wanted to quick pop on & share a few shots from Joyfully Said Home & a few items I picked up there as well…

I first met Wes & Chelsea when they did our market this past labor day weekend, The Found Cottage Mercantile Market, & I instantly loved them. They are a powerhouse duo that owns a handmade sign company in these beautiful silos in Middleberry Indiana next to their father’s antique shop.. it’s as cool as it sounds! One side is their signs & home decor sprinkled in with some boutique finds like clothing & jewelry. On the other side her father has an antique shop & it’s a must see when you are pass through this adorable town.

I should have taken more photos, but I got distracted by all the fun finds. I didn’t take photos of a few areas of the shop, but you get a little glimpse at least. Here are a couple of my finds from the shop like this cutting board, the pitcher, the spoons, tea towels, & that little greenery….

I also got a really exciting antique find that I will be showing you guys later this week, but for now I couldn’t go another day without sharing this little shop. If you are ever in the area be sure to check Joyfully said Home out & you can also support them by shopping online [HERE]. I’m excited to head back to Middleberry really soon because I saw a lot of other cute little shops there I want to check out. I hope you enjoy these posts about small shops & thank you so much for stopping by the blog every single day to see what we are up to! xx

Hey! I’m from Lafayette! I’ll have to go visit Antique Candle Co and Joyfully Said Home! Thanks for sharing!!
So awesome, Chelsea is an amazing small shop owner and I can’t wait to get up to her shop sometime soon for a visit!
Joyfully Said Home features my handmade jewelry in their shop (Red Shed Designs) so it is exciting as a small shop owner to read your post and so awesome of you to share other small shops like this! Love this!!
What a cute shop! Fun to have a trip like that. The items you bought look really cute.Love your kitchen. That pic of you and stroller w/ your baby is darling! You glow! xoxo ??
Wow, adorable shop! I am loving that coffee for president sign. I might have to take a trip to get that one. Your visit took you pretty close to Three Oaks, have you ever hit the shops over there? There is one that happens only monthly but it COMPLETELY worth it! I travel about an hour to go from where I live and never. and I mean never……. leave there empty handed.
Let me know if you want a link!

I adore the pear tea towel (too bad they didn’t have a radish 😉 and the precious glimpse of your wee babe.
I’m always looking for ideas of day trips! Thank you for the ones you post. I’m trying to become more of a minimalist but little shops call my name!
