Last week on Instagram I shared that we put a sofa back into our sunroom. It was a switch inspired by Cope & his new found love for snuggling & morning cartoons. This room is far from “done” but we have taken some of our scattered furniture around the house and placed it into this space for now. Today as I was adding some fall into the space I decided to show you a quick few looks using blue tones and a few pumpkins as well. I styled this space a few different ways as you look through the photos by moving some things around and adding/taking away items. I hope that this look inspires you & shows you that you don’t need to go out & purchase a ton of season specific items. You can make it fall by adding textures & a simple real pumpkin and call it a day…

To be honest these tin pumpkins I got [HERE] just ended up in here because they didn’t make them farther from the front door, but I love how they look with all of the blue items in here. The pops of blue are not much, but That pillow and blanket [sources below] are the perfect example of how you don’t have to use all warm tones & pops of fiery oranges and reds to be fall decor. The color pallet is up you and what you love & instead of focusing on changing your color pallet, think about changing your textures & foliage. Keep your summer blues, but just add more texture to bring your cozy fall moments in…

You guys know that I love sharing various color pallets here every fall and various fall decor, but I love this one especially for September as we transit from summer to fall. Here are a few of the pieces I used for this look that show blue can be a cozy fall as well:

I hope this look & other neutral fall looks I have done like this one [HERE] show you that fall can be so versatile and it doesn’t have to be buying new items, season specific items, or even traditional fall colors to be cozy for the new season! xx
