I haven’t had much time lately to focus on house projects, styling, and website content. I’m so excited to finally be getting back into the swing of things. Starting with this Spring Porch. This morning I am going LIVE with Hoda and Jenna on The Today Show , here is the link if you missed it [here] to share some tips to cozy up your porch for Spring. For the Purpose of the Today Show Segment, I included a lot of colorful items that are out of my usual realm of whites and neutrals. Hoda and Jenna love all things color. Although this what I would usually pick for table options, I actually really love the color! It is so bright and cheery!
Here are some quick tips to cozy up your porch (or any outdoor area) for spring
- Create a space for multiple uses
- Carry Indoor Furniture Outside To Use in Other Ways
- Save money by utilizing items you already own
- Repurpose older chairs, rugs, and pillows outside
- Use weatherproof and waterproof items to set the table
- Use Polyurethane or Sealer to protect against sun and rain
- Keep by handy packed with a blanket, sunscreen, reusable utensils, and more
While I plan to go over these topics in detail in my Today Show Segment, I wanted to share them here as well, for an easy place that you can refer back to.

I really enjoy these faux topiaries and Urns from Grandin Road. The doormat is also by Grandin Road and is actually biodegradable!
Here are the after photos! This table has been floating around our house in various places. We decided to bring it outside and get some other uses out of it! I can’t wait to be able to eat dinner out here as well as play playdough with Cope. We were also able to bring our bentwood chairs out here as well!
Copey picked these flowers for me from around our house. It’s so nice to be able to use items that are readily available.
