This past weekend we did one of our favorite weekend activities, we went antiquing. I found so many fun antique and vintage seasonal finds and it really made me think…antique shops are a great place to look for seasonal finds as they are all in great condition. Today I am sharing a spooky kitchen corner that I styled with some fun Halloween vintage finds. Last week I shared a grand post that we did with big box store bought jack-o-lanterns & I loved the look & it made me so happy, but I really wanted to show that you could do a great halloween look by shopping antique shops & more. I really enjoy decorating for Halloween in a not-so-spooky way. I hope I show you that halloween decor can be cozy! I found some great antique ghosts decor that I thought looked like happy ghosts, so I grabbed a few items to style around the house. Weirdly enough, Cope is OBSESSED with Halloween. I have a feeling I’m going to be styling fun Halloween spaces for years to come because of his love for the spooky holiday.
I wanted to take these antique blow molds to show you that you can create a whimsical seasonal look, without getting too commercial or chintzy. Spooky season can still look very classy even with some plastic ghosts hanging in your kitchen. I found some great blow molds online for you below, but you can find these at your local antique shops as well!
