While I tend to take a minimalist approach when decorating for the holiday, there are so many lovely Valentine’s day decor options out there if you are looking to purchase some items. So today I am sharing with you some of those items as well as some tips and tricks to make your Valentine’s Day extra cozy.

Valentine’s day is a day to celebrate love; both one another and ourselves. In the past, I would really get creative by making DIY Valentine’s decorations but I have since pared down and really just enjoy some florals. However, now that Cope is getting older I have a feeling that I will start creating some of those DIY decorations again. I think a great way to incorporate kids during holidays like Valentine’s day is to create some art to give to loved ones and teachers.
