A cozy summer white bed makes me so happy! Nothing cozier at the end of a long hot summer day than getting into a fresh and airy bed. That’s what I did today with my new white bedding from @anthropologie. I shared more of freshening up our bed in my stories today & the links to this simply beautiful white bedding as well. We have officially lived in this farmhouse for 5 years now. Can you believe that? We have a LONG way to go to make it completely ours, but we have done many big projects to make it more of the 1800’s farmhouse we wanted from the 1980’s farmhouse we moved into. The house had been renovated to make it look more modern and our goal has been to bring it back to its prime when horses traveled the street in front of it. One major project we did? Visited a happy spot in the middle of our hectic day for a little peace and a little joy. I’ll never forget the day we came here a little over two years ago when Cope was officially a Galvan. I’ll never forget that surreal moment & peace that washed over me while walking through this greenhouse as I held my baby. Now every time I come here that same peace and thankfulness washes over me. Becoming a momma wasn’t easy for me, but being a momma to this little one is always easy.. even on the hard days. Does that make sense? It does inside my momma brain tonight with all of my thoughts!
