I cannot say thank you enough for all the sweet comments on our latest vacation posts HERE and HERE with baby Copeland. He’s only two months old, but he sure is getting used to our crazy life fast. We were so lucky to have stayed at the Brandenton Gulf Islands where they had white sandy beaches with old Florida, southern charm this past weekend. It truly was worth every bug, humid hair moment on the trip to be with our baby in the pool and hearing him laughing and splashing! We hadn’t even slowed down once since Cope came home so it was nice to unwind for even just two days. We went to Florida with Allegiant Air & Visit Bradenton & had the time of our lives stying on Anna Maria island & Cope did so good on the flights.. he slept the whole way! The whole trip was honestly a dream come true.
Now that we are a family of three, we had to really think about all the must haves we would be needing on this trip. We did a ton of research about the area, about the temperatures, everything baby needed (and I mean EVERYTHING), and I figured it might help if someone made a guide! I put together all the things we HAD to have on our recent trip or regretted not bringing with us so you too are completely ready to take on that Florida heat + everything that baby needs too.
