I dream of the day that I have a nice relaxing bathroom space to unwind at the end of the day. I’m not sure if you have noticed, but I never show our bathroom spaces here on the farm, and that’s on purpose. Currently, in our home on White Cottage Farm, we don’t really have a bathroom space that has been completed. We have 3 and a half bathrooms & only this small half bath is looking somewhat good these days. Our indecisions on whether we would be keeping our initial floor plan or changing rooms up have kept us from doing any renovations on the bathroom spaces, but I feel a pretty master bathroom coming soon so stay tuned!

The bathrooms are in the same state as what we bought them, with the exception of the mudroom half bath. After years of being in the house, we made this bathroom pretty so at least our guests can have a pretty bathroom. You can see where we started with this bathroom [HERE] it’s pretty cool to look back on and makes me feel like we have actually come a long ways with only doing a little bit at a time. I’ve partnered with Serena and Lily to refresh this space today and load it up with pretty linens for guests so I thought I would give you a little tour!

While we aren’t ready quite yet to start renovations on our bathroom that will go in our master bedroom. It is on our list of things to get started on very soon! Of course, I am always looking at inspiration, design processes, and decor for upcoming projects. I wanted to have a healthy stock of towels and for guests now that we have the pool for them to use when they visit.
A note about Linens

Linens are a big part of living a cozy lifestyle. It’s the fabric that you feel as you crawl into bed and comforts you every day. Serena and Lily have a great variety of linens. I had to pick a few up to start our bathroom collection. I decided to go with the St. Helena Bath collection and I have to say that the quality is amazing! Every day that I get out for the shower it feels like I am instantly being wrapped up in a spa towel. One side of the towels is a waffle weave, and the other side is cotton terry. I love having pretty & cozy towels not only for me, but also for our guests in hopes they feel cozy and welcome in our house too.

Of course… I had to grab a couple of towels for Cope as well! They have some great kids’ towels that are oh so cozy. The Priano Hooded Towel is also double-sided, with one side being a cotton muslin and the other side being super soft cotton Terry. He loves putting hooded towels on and running around. One day he is a super hero with it on and the next day he is Elsa.. I love that he is cozy and feels cool too!

I also grabbed some matching St. Helena Slippers, because who doesn’t need some cozy slippers?

Let’s Accessorize

While I decided to stick with just linens in my order, while I was on the Serena and Lily I saw so many other great bathroom accessories that would be great to add to a bathroom space. I love the woven scallop basket. I can imagine myself either using it for towel storage or even as a laundry hamper.
