Today for my Scroll Stoppers blog series I am sharing 5 gingerbread themed images that inspired me this past week. If you are wondering what scroll stoppers are, they are 5 images that I found so striking, they stopped me mid-scroll. I love doing this exercise every week because there are so many images that I come across on a daily basis that I feel inspired by and I save a lot of them to go back to for reference. @twiggstudios has been sharing such beautiful images of gingerbread houses. They all leave me breathless, but this one in particular caught my eye. It’s a 2 story gingerbread house that looks like a english cottage! I love all the detail that went into it from the brick, moss, and even the lights inside. Her food creations are true works of art and amazing presentations of talent.

I love this precious gingerbread house by @theruffledlinen, but I love the message behind it that Reese wrote about in the caption just as much. The fact that each year we create and document new memories as families. For me, documenting those memories that we are creating are some of the most important part. These gingerbread houses are so unique and delicate, much like our lives and the memories we all create.

This cozy Christmas corner by @sixvintagerugs features a fun gingerbread decor item along with some amazing garland and berries. I love the pops of re mixed with the dark green in the cabinets and greenery.

I have been loving following all the festive decorating that @inspiredbycharm is showing us this holiday season. This gingerbread village snow globe would be such a fun DIY to create and over on his page he shows exactly how he created it!

I love this cozy-styled photo by @themaplehouseco. I think it represents everything we love about the kitchen during this time of year. The smells, different textures, and deep colors we get through baking. Would you like to cozy set up in your kitchen?

I hope these 5 gingerbread images inspire you like they did for me. Do you like to eat or decorate gingerbread during the Holiday season? What is your favorite activity to incorporate gingerbread? Let me know on Facebook and Instagram.
