I love breathing new life into antiques. There are so many amazing pieces that whole many stories, and to bring them into our cozy home to create new memories with them is really special. I love being a part of this community where so many of you feel the same way. To scroll through social media and feel inspired by the antiques that I see is one of my favorite things. This photo stopped me in my tracks when I saw @muted_and_moody share it. I am in love with the beautiful blue-painted tones and the wall treatments that blend is so effortlessly. Also, the beautiful antiques that so gracefully blend in make my eye so happy.

This cozy kitchen corner shared by @englisheccentrichome is full of so many amazing antiques. I love the aged ceiling and the texture that it gives the room. All of those vases remind me of our kitchen and the collections that we display.

@ninahartmannantiques shares the most exquisite antiques on her page. I was taken aback by this cozy corner and the beautiful antiques that it displays. The colors are so stunning and something that I am striving for lately in our home.

I think the most important thing to remember when having antiques in your home is that the imperfections tell their stories and show the life they have lived. I was reminded of that when I saw this photo shares by @swedish.interior.style. This antique bench has the most beautiful aging and I love that they decided to keep it to show it’s aging rather than refinish it.
