Happy Friday, Friends, and Happy Memorial Day Weekend. As this is the unofficial start of summer, I have been caught up this week thinking about the 19 children in Uvalde, Texas that won’t be able to enjoy their summer break. I had already planned on taking a small social media break this week to catch up on creating content around the house to share, but the shooting this week had me pausing all work to spend time with Cope. I want to be able to enjoy my long holiday weekend, but those sweet children that were lost last week will definitely be on my mind the entire time. Here are some of the things that went live on the blog this week:

1.
Secondary Ambient lighting that we add into our cozy spaces can serve as more than just mood lighting. Just like we layer our decor, we should also be layering out lighting. Between the overall room light, gradual and dimmed mood lighting, and ambient lighting, this gives you more options and possibilities on how you want your cozy room to look at any time of day. That is why this week I wanted to share 20+ cottage farmhouse table lamps to add to your space to change the desired look at any time of day. Check out my round up here [HERE].

2.
Each week I gather 5 images that I’m inspired by in my weekly Scroll Stoppers blog series. This week features 5 transferware images that inspire me. Check out 5 inspiring images here [HERE].

3.
Last weekend we attended the Springfield Antique Extravaganza. What-a-weekend! This antique market is only a few hours south, last year (our first year) we did it all in one day. This year, we planned it a little better and gave ourselves a few days at this amazing show, and I’d say we did pretty good this time around. We did so well I had to break this post apart and this is my small items haul, from artwork, to glassware and of course garden busts, let’s take a look at what I got and why here [HERE].

4.
We are all so thankful for Jose. He keeps White Cottage Farm up and running and is also the best father to Copeland. June is filled with summertime activities and we also get to celebrate all the father figures in our lives! June 20th is Father’s Day! I wanted to share a handy father’s day gift guide with all of you to start giving you ideas. Check out all of my finds here [HERE].

5.
I’m back with another splurge or save blog post! This time it’s all about small outdoor accessories [HERE]. One goal of mine in 2022 is to continue offering and sharing cozy items at all price points. That is why I love writing these splurge or save posts because it gives me a chance to search around the internet for the best prices for you!
