Another thing this months Birchbox came with was a lovely
little magnet & a list of amazing mini detoxes for your
mind, relationships, closet, diet, & bathroom cabinet.
My favorite from the list of detoxes is this tip:

I can’t wait to try out all of these products…
I think I may start by relaxing with the lavender shampoo & conditioner
tonight in the shower & turning off my computer an hour before
bed so I get a good nights rest.
