Hey all! I’m back at this quaint coffee shop
by my parents cottage to bring you
another blog post.
{click here to see where I’m at & why}
Today I wanted to bring you a DIY project
that I did for our office.
I wanted to work on some faux metal
letters for our kitchen, but decided
to start with a letter for our eclectic
office…
“G” for Galvan & it adds a little charm to our
ever evolving room.
Seriously this DIY project is as easy as spray painting
a cardboard letter found at hobby lobby with some gold
spray paint. Really. That’s all I did.
You can add a color before spray painting & distress for
a more shabby chic look, but for this one I wanted
the solid gold letter.

Have you done any DIY faux metal letters before?
I’m excited to start on my next ones & would love
to see yours! Share them in the comments below
or on the Facebook page {here}.
I hope you are all having a great holiday week!
I am forever enjoying my time here in Northern Michigan
relaxing, swimming, & just enjoying being lazy for once.
Talk to you soon…
