If you don’t already know, which I don’t know how you wouldn’t because my excessive amount of photos of them on my Instagram & Facebook, I love my dogs. Like love love. They make me so happy & bring so much joy to our home. Bella is the momma & she is going to be 10 this year & Bear is her son [one of 6 puppies] & he will be 7 this year. Bella has been with me since I was a 19 year old newly married marine wife when I was alone during deployments, through miscarriages, through so many moves, hard times, good times, & even a 17 hour car ride with me driving through a massive snow storm.. her and I have done it all together. Bear is my little buddy… always wanting a kiss & to play catch, he’s my main dude. That all being said, we love spoiling the pups & the other day when I noticed them cramming themselves into an old beat up dog bed I went onto Etsy to find them a new one that also looked good in our decor…
Isn’t it kind of perfect for our house? Ok, I might of gone a little overboard on the size, but with it being this big they can really sprawl out. I bought this dog bed [HERE] on Etsy & I’m super happy with it. It has a zipper cover for easy washing & a really sturdy pillow inside. The pillow cover is also super durable. I would say the only con was how long shipping was, but honestly it wasn’t that bad… I’m just impatient & they listed how long the ship time would be when I placed my order. So that’s really not a con. All in all I’m super happy with it & so are the pups. We have the bed in our back living room because that’s where we have been spending a lot of our time lately, but this dog bed would literally go in any room in our home. Finding a farmhouse dog bed can be hard, but I found one I love & more that I listed at the end of this post.
I had to share this with you all today because I know a lot of you love your pups as much as I do & it can be difficult to decorate with dogs in the house… not anymore! Apparently after a quick google search I found a whole new world of good looking dog accessories. Couldn’t keep that secret to myself. I hope you guys loved seeing the dogs new bed & how well it fit into our decor. Also it was an excuse to take some pictures of these cute little fur babies.
