I’d Like to introduce you to…
I got THE BEST Cottage Decor package this week that I had to share with you because it brought so much joy to our home & I wanted to spread the joy to your homes as well. You see, a very long time ago I stumbled across this feed called Dreamy White Lifestyle. I scoured the whole feed & just couldn’t believe it was real because it was so beautiful, & then I wondered who the amazing talented person was behind the feed. I just had to get to know her. The problem? I was too scared to even introduce myself. Her feed was so lovely.. I was not worthy. So I sat back and commented & liked all of her photos for the longest time.
Finally after a long time bystander I finally got the guts to talk to Maria & guess what? She is as dreamy as her feed. I’m still a fan girl, but now I’m brave enough to chat with her and say hi. Have I mentioned what an introvert I am before? Ok.. well, here I am saying it. I’m so thankful for the online/Instagram community to meet amazing people & that sometimes I step out of my bubble to meet inspiring people like Maria. One take away from this post… step out of your comfort zone once in a while.. you never know who you will meet & what kinds of inspiring people you will discover. After years of following @Dreamywhiteslifestyle I decided to finally order a few things from her & oh man when that package came to my door this week it was one of the happiest things that has ever graced our front porch…
Initial Review
First of all her packaging was impeccable & just got me more excited for what was inside all of that craft paper wrapped with lavender… pure joy right from the beginning! Her items on her website are true antiques & vintage mixed in with some handmade & other lovely items. To say I had a hard time picking just a few things was an understatement. I ordered a few things from a dog bed to a few of her vintage indigo bags. I’ve been eyeing her dog beds for years & I finally decided to pick one out for the pups because their dog bed is always in the main living areas & I wanted it to look good… & boy does this one.
These dogs are so spoiled & they love their new bed & now I don’t shove it out of the way anymore. All these dog beds are made from vintage grain sack material & they are all unique & sewed by a very talented seamstress. In my delivery I also got some lavender and soaps that smell amazing.. to the point when Jose came home after work after I opened the package he had a comment about how amazing the house smelled. I dream of growing a lavender field someday did you know that? Anyways I also ordered an antique jar that now sits on our open shelves in the kitchen.. & that’s about it. Some dreamy pieces for our home from someone that inspires me truly. & what perfect timing as we are finally making ares of our fixer-upper farmhouse into our home to get some unique & timeless treasures from someone so wonderful. Things like this mean a lot to me. I think the one thing I strive for when re-doing our home besides making it cozy, is filling it with treasures that have meaning & memories. These mark a milestone to me… & I will forever remember that when I look at them.
I hope you guys enjoyed seeing some of these items from Dreamy Whites styled in our home today. I also hope that you go & show her some love… not because she asked me to, I’m being paid to, or any other reason besides I know in some way she will inspire you & gosh darn her feed is just gorgeous & it will make you happy! Thank you guys SO MUCH for stopping by the blog today & everyday to see what we are up to.. it means the world to me! Be sure to find me on Facebook & Instagram for more behind the scenes… xx
Ps. That painting is by another woman who inspires me, @HammmadeFurniture, I will blog it very soon!

Love Love Maria’s blog! I’m sooo tempted to order a dog bed—funny thing is I don’t have DOGS! Lol, I have 3 cats, I doubt they’d share. Your dogs, ooooh those faces, just wanna pinch their cheeks—too cute. Thanks for sharing, I adore your blog, “in love” with your kitchen. It was a long time coming but so worth it.
Dear Liz Marie,
What can I say I so love your blog, instagram post and your style, you have the sweetest heart for sharing. We moved into a new place a year ago and it has great bones, with a brand new kitchen farmhouse style and I was so happy to change up my style a bit, but I was struggling cause I love it all, born and raised on a farm so farmhouse rustic love but my heart so loves cottage, shabby chic beauties…..I decided to blend them all but I was having a hard time….until I stumbled upon your instagram post and was so hooked, in love with your style, your eye for grouping and how beautiful everything is…and your sharing of sheep brought me to tears…my first animal I showed was a little suffix lamb and I just love them…..all this to say you rock girl! Thanks for sharing your inspiration with us.
Love the blog and appreciate the way you describes and suggests some of the latest trends for 2018. Things has been changed so far now. I will be going to adopt these decor for the next month.
