Today I had a pretty rough day. Not for any particular reason, but you know when you wake up late so your day is off to a weird start? Then everything piled on because well.. Monday. We started to plan out Christmas parties in the next few weeks & it was just a realization that it’s another year without a baby to bring. Then more news of of our grandmas not doing good so we stopped everything today on this Monday & did what was important to us.. we went and visited our grandmas. We brought them all yummy treats and just sat and chatted with them for a long time because on a monday that didn’t start out so good… it’s a great day to pause and reflect on what truly is important. When we got home from our grandmas all I wanted to do was snuggle… so here I am right here on this sofa snuggling up with the pups & so I wanted to share this little happy place with you guys today with some of my new favorite cozy & pretty things…
I styled this space this past weekend with some of my items from my collection with Cloth & Cabin that I’m so excited to share with you guys. Let’s start with that cozy throw from my collection [HERE use code LMG15 for 15% off]. I always tell you guys how passionate I am about a cozy home, but it’s so important to me to have a cozy home with cozy items especially this time of year & on the hard days. This cozy throw has been going around the entire house with me & is probably the prettiest throw I’ve ever had. It’s somewhere between and oatmeal and a taupe color & I love the texture and the depth it adds to our neutral home. I love when a blanket is both stunning & comfortable… & that’s what this one is. That round pillow? It’s one of my favorite pillows from my collection [HERE use code LMG15 for 15% off everything on the website] because it’s so unique. The most adorable knitted pillow on the planet & adds a touch of cozy whimsy to this little scene. Truly love this little pillow & I think I need a few more for our bedrooms!
Behind the sofa I hung this wall clock that seems to be discontinued everywhere but I found a similar one for you [HERE]. Over the clock I hung my new favorite garland from my collection [HERE use code LMG15 for 15% off the entire website] & one of the main reasons I’m so obsessed with it is the fact that it’s not only great for Christmas decor, but it’s great for all winter long into spring. The muted greens are gorgeous & the mix of pinecones and icy berries adds a natural feel to the garland that fits our farmhouse vibe. The garland fits in perfectly with dried real foliage below the clock & I think that’s the test of what a good garland is.
I love this little scene because it has all those cozy christmas vibes, but it’s not overdone or too much. It’s subtle, it’s neutral, & it’s perfectly cozy for winter. Perfect to come home to after a hard day today and snuggle. Honestly instead of letting a bad Monday win.. I’m going to sit here and do a little reading and spend some quality times with these furry babies and Jose & make a list of things to be thankful for & pray about the things we can’t control. So happy to share this space with you today & I hope it inspires you to make some cozy Christmas spots in your home. Remember you can get all of these items 15% off for a limited time on the Cloth & Cabin website using code LMG15. Thank you guys SO MUCH for stopping by the blog today & every single day to see what we are up to! xx
