This weeks “flea market finds” is brought to you by someone who helped me find an antique of my dreams. This flea market find was actually located already in someone else’s shop, in a different state, & no where near me.. but thankfully I have a good friend who made my dream come true…

Rewind to last week as I was browsing instagram… I saw my friend Joy Savvy City Farmer post an amazing piece of furniture. Naturally I texted her to tell her how much I loved it and it and to my shock it was for sale & she offered to deliver it. YES PLEASE! The funniest part? When I texted her about the furniture she was shopping for Cope because she was sending a box out for us on Monday… how funny is that? Fast forward to this weekend… her husband and her drove up here to Michigan to deliver this beast & I’m quite obsessed with it already!

What is it? It’s an antique pine cabinet linen press from the 1800’s. It’s in amazing shape & I have some big plans for it. Where is it? It’s currently in our front living room because it’s a super heavy piece. So we didn’t make it past the front door with little help. What are my plans for it? My plan is to have it in our master bedroom as a closet for Jose & I as all of those drawers in the cabinet doors pull open… epic organization. & let’s not even talk about all the amazing drawers at the bottom of the piece. Won’t this pine cabinet make a great wardrobe? We will have to have help getting it up the stairs soon. For now, it’s sitting in the living room & I’m not mad about it because I can stare at it all day.

I haven’t been to a flea market in a few weeks so my flea market finds have been low. But I’m thankful for friends who find flea market finds for me like this week & this on [HERE] from last week. I hope you all love seeing more of these because I share them weekly! THANK YOU so much for stopping by the blog today & every single day to see what we are up to! xx

I love the linen press. I had one and gave it to my daughter, it was always my favorite piece.
It sure is stately! Do you think you will refinish it?

That is gorgeous! What a find for sure. Good luck getting it up the stairs in one piece. It does look very comfortable placed there if the stairs don’t accommodate it.
How lovely! I’ve been searching under armoire, never thought of looking for a linen press, hopefully I can find one that’s even half as nice as this one, even if I have to work at it to get it there!
