Does fall make anyone else want to cozy up with a book? Do you have a perfect reading corner in your home? With the seasons changing I’ve been itching to create a cozy reading corner in our home. I felt super inspired to create this corner in our home in celebration of book launch month! That’s right, I can hardly believe I’m typing this but Cozy White Cottage launches this month on September 24th. If you haven’t ordered your copy yet, you can order it here!

In all of the excitement of the book launch, I’ve also been feeling nervous… I’ve completely poured my heart into this book and I can only hope you guys love it as much as I do. I wanted to give you guys some inspiration for creating a cozy reading corner & I can’t wait to see where you decide to read Cozy White Cottage in just a few weeks!

My steps to creating the perfect cozy reading corner
- Start with cozy seating, I’d choose a chair or sofa
- Windows or lamps are essential for good lighting while you read
- Throw blankets and pillows for extra comfort
- Add your favorite pieces to make the corner your own [plants, candles, antique finds, etc.]
Shop my cozy reading corner!

This space is exactly where I would want to sit down and read through Cozy White Cottage. As you guys know I recently shared my curated collection with Walmart and these pieces can be found in that curated collection! Walmart home items fit perfectly with my cozy cottage vibe & I couldn’t resist these pieces for my reading corner. This chair is one of my all-time favorite pieces from Walmart. One reason I love Walmart is that you can get high-quality items for an affordable price – including this chair! Shop even more items here or below to get started creating your own cozy reading corner.

PS I worked with Walmart for this blog post, but as always all words and opinions are my own!
Congrats on the book! This corner looks so dreamy! I definitely need one of these in my home….. 🙂
Please, please, please…..What kind of plant is that in the bowl on the stool? It always looks so happy in your pictures and I would love to have one in my home!
