Today on my Instagram I shared a little bit about me cleaning Cope’s nursery & steaming all the things. I took a huge break from working on this space because when Cope was born he actually slept in our room until he was 6 months. Now that he is in his own room I’ve been back in the nursery working on it a little more. I am so happy that it worked out this way, because we didn’t know what we didn’t know, if that makes sense. He just started crawling with a purpose and pulling himself up. This will help us create the room to work with him as he continues to get more mobile and into stuff. Today on instagram I did a giveaway [HERE], and it was in Copes nursery, which made me remember… I haven’t done a nursery post in forever. I want to work on styling this space, over the next few weeks & “complete” it, to share on the blog soon. But for now, since I was up there taking photos for the giveaway, I thought I would share a sneak peak for you guys.

Now that Cope is functioning in this room, we are making our our list of changes and DIY’s for this space. This bookshelf maybe one on the chopping block, but for the time being we are loving how “alive” it is in the room, and able to change out with different elements of him and his room. One thing I have always pictured over the years, is walking over to a bookshelf with him, to have him pick out what book we were going to read before bedtime.

We are having so much in this room already. We sneak up here to just play on the floor with some of Cope’s favorite toys, or all hang out in the tent with his stuffed animals. We cannot wait to see this room transform to him as he grows and continue to make life long memories!

I know that Cope doesn’t care about the decor or how the room looks, but I’m excited to be super happy with this space because I have wanted a nursery in our home for so many years. I hope you guys enjoyed this little glimpse into the space & I will be back super soon with the full reveal. For now, be sure to head to my Instagram [HERE] for the giveaway! Thank you SO MUCH for stopping by the blog today & every other day to see what we are up to!
His nursery is so beautiful. It is a dream of mine to design a nursery one day. I love the book shelf and how you tucked little pieces of Cope into the shelves. Its been so fun to watch him grow.

His darling room reflects all the love you poured into it. He is so precious! I have to ask about his name “Copeland” as that was my maiden name.
Love it all!!! The nursery is the room I had the most fun doing up so I know the excitement! Could you share where the wallpaper is from and what it’s called? Thanks much!

As cute Cope’s room is with his tent, and bunnies, and bookshelves, and that “BEAR RUG” (omg so darling), I am enamored with his darling photos. What a blessing for you to look in his beautiful eyes everyday and know he is your own. ?
Couldn’t be happier for you and Jose- Cope is a beautiful baby with a contagious smile. I knew you would make his nursery a nurturing and comforting haven. Would you please share where I can find the lamb rug? Would love one for our grandbaby boy.

Your next book should be a children’s book. You have a great subject, Cope. You have so much inspiration in your life.???
