What a way to kick off this Christmas season here on the blog by starting in the coziest place in the house… the bedroom. 2019 was my big year of cozy… I mean, every single year is cozy for me, but 2019 was when my Cozy White Cottage book launched so it feels really appropriate that a cozy Christmas bed should be where we start the 2019 holiday season. So… let’s do it! Here is a look I created for you guys in our master bedroom that is cozy Christmas perfection. Now this is just a look with our bed, of course I’ll be back later with more of the bedroom & different looks with our bed because you guys know I love playing around with decor & giving new ideas. I love this Christmas look because it can last all through winter…

Recently we put this bed [Found Here] in our room & I’m a little obsessed with it. I Love how the back of the bed looks like a mantel & that it looks like it could be an antique find… If I’m giving a full review I would say that I wish the wood was “chunkier” so that it would look more authentic. But I digress. This is about that cozy decor above that bed. I love playing with mirrors this time of year so I wanted to try it here, but instead of using gold mirrors I used a variety of mirrors that I had from painted to wood to gold. Around the mirrors I added some garland that I picked up at Target [HERE]. To balance the bed shelf & add some more cozy vibes I added some of my antique tapered candles & a gold wreath that I picked up a few years ago.

Now what is a cozy bed without some cozy linens? Nothing. Recently Country Living did a photoshoot at our house & they brought these amazing linens from Annie Selke [HERE] & I couldn’t believe how cozy they were. I never thought to look at Annie Selke or Pinecone Hill for bedding, but now I’m sure it will become an addiction. I also love that I’m usually a very white bedding kind of girl so the change of pace with the stripe & shade combination was extra cozy. At the end of the bed I used this super affordable throw from Target [HERE] to add another cozy element. I love having a few blanket options at night for temperature control [hot sleeper here…. you?]. I couldn’t leave the space without adding a wreath so I added in this one [HERE] that goes with the garland.

Like in all of my spaces for every season I will most likely show a few ways to style each one because the ideas just keep coming & I love to share. I’ll be back with more of the Christmas bedroom very soon! THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for stopping by the blog today & every single day to see what we are up to. Be sure to pin this to save it for later & share with your friends and family to pass along the cozy vibes.
Sophisticated simplicity, just beautiful♡
I love the simple cozy elegance of this.
Love the room! What’s your wall and ceiling colors?
The bedroom looks great, love the bedscape, & the garland on your headboard! Thank Jose for his service!
So pretty, fresh and cozy! Are the mirrors anchored so they don’t fall on your heads?
