Merry Christmas from all of us here at White Cottage Farm! Each year, I like to share a round-up of images of our home during the Christmas season. Because of all the chaos the seasons brings, this usually happens at the end of the Christmas season. Nevertheless, I still like sharing it for inspiration for the upcoming year and as a mini house tour. As our home is always changing and it’s oftentimes hard to get an idea of the layout of our home, I feel like any walk-through of our home is helpful. Think of this Festive Holiday Home Tour as the grand finale for our Christmas inspiration that we share with all of you!

I change up this space in our entryway a lot because it’s a fun space to create considering its size and shape. At the beginning of the season, I styled this ski lodge entryway with several antique pieces. However, I quickly realized that it wasn’t super functional. So I changed it up again to have better storage and seating.

And here is a look at our other entryway. You can see more details and sources on this area from our post, THE FUNCTIONAL ENTRYWAY: A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTING

Living Room
It’s weird to think back to earlier this year, when this living room space was empty and furniture-less. We spent the majority of the year waiting for sofas and didn’t really get a chance to showcase it a lot this past year. Now that the space is furnished to our liking (for now), it has been fun to style it with my cozy holiday touches.

Library Room
Our library room is going to change a lot in the next year. While this room is probably the room that we’ve rearranged the most in the past year, it’s also been so much fun to see how many different variations of cozy that I can create in this space. I would love this space to serve our family through functional purposes, but I also love creating vignettes of inspiration for you here on the blog. Here are some of the looks that I’ve created in the library room for Christmas this year.

This space has taken on a few little changes, but check out latest blog post A VERY VINTAGE CHRISTMAS: HOW TO STYLE SHELVES FOR CHRISTMAS to see how it looked this Christmas Season!
Kitchen
Our kitchen didn’t get too Christmas-y this year, but with some simple greens and a whole lot of texture it is feeling cozy in here and the best part? I don’t need to change much for our winter kitchen now! Here is a glimpse all around our kitchen from the island to the breakfast nook and beyond!

Mudroom
Our mudroom will see the most changes in 2022 and we are super excited about that. For Christmas, we kept it super simple and super cottage garden cozy with simple touches.

Back Living Room
Our back living room has changed arrangements a couple of times this Christmas Season to help better seat guests and entertain. You can see more of this room and sources from our two blog posts, MY TOP SECRET FOR COZYING UP YOUR SOFAS and COZY COLORFUL CHRISTMAS LIVING ROOM.

Bedroom
For our bedroom, I took the approach of keeping things crisp, minimal, and clean this holiday season. By adding greens and fresh bedding. Be sure to check out HOW TO DECORATE YOUR BEDROOM FOR WINTER to learn more!

Cope’s Room
Each year, we really enjoy decorating Cope’s room for Christmas. It has become a little tradition in our home and something I look forward to doing every year and for years to come. To see this year’s full Christmas room tour and sources, click here.
