In the past couple of years, I’ve had a little bit of a revelation when it came to the lifestyle that we were living. Pre 2020, we were constantly on the go. Flying someone new every week and hardly ever home. However, this was really hard, and being forced to slow down, stop traveling, and focus on our home was much needed. Who says we need to go back to that fast pace lifestyle? Why can’t we slow down and focus on the things that really matter? I asked myself these questions all last year and since, have really started embracing an easier way of living. I love spending my slow mornings cozied up on the couch looking at inspiration through my many coffee table books. A rug can add so much to a space and really can bring a lot of personalities. I love both of these rugs for the slight pop of color that they bring and really they are both so similar. When I was creating this blog post it was seriously so hard for me to keep track of these pillows and which one was which. They are both so similar in color, texture, and even frayed edging.
