Merry Christmas eve!! I know I am so late on sharing my Christmas porch this year, but better late than never right? This year we went really simple with our Christmas decor outside. With a few blankets, pillows, a vintage marquee light, & a few other accessories we decorated our twelve foot antique church pew for the holidays. To tell you the truth we usually go home for Christmas {Michigan} & so we do not have a huge collection of Christmas decor since we were usually gone for half of December. That is changing this year! Since we stayed back in North Carolina, I have collected some more Christmas decor & I’m excited to decorate our home in Michigan next year when we move back. I am not going to lie though, I was kind of sad when decorating our porch this year for Christmas because this time next year we will no longer be in this house & I will no longer have this big beautiful porch. {Our Michigan house doesn’t actually even have an actual porch. Hopefully that will change soon!} The holidays seem to make me more sentimental & I’m sure I’m not alone on that. Anyways, I didn’t mean to get all emotional with you, but as we approach the new year it means it’s the year we will be leaving our life in North Carolina & moving back to Michigan {You can read more about it here}. I can’t wait to share the whole journey with you, & you just wait there will be so many huge makeovers & DIY projects in that house, you might not be able to keep up 😉 Now on to our simply rustic Merry Christmas Porch…
