Hi guys!! I hope you had a great weekend! We just drove in from our anniversary weekend getaway & it was AMAZING. It felt so weird to be gone all weekend and not doing projects at our house, working on the farm, or being at the shop. It was amazing. I didn’t realize how much I had been overworking myself, stressing myself out, & not taking any time off. Jose and I hadn’t taken a vacation in two years [or more] so it was very much needed. Anyways, I realized on our 3 hour drive home today that I shared my new favorite fall candles on my Instagram last week, but I never shared it with you guys here on the blog so I thought I could start the week here on the blog with sharing this amazing company with you…
Antique Candle Works is one of those companies I was excited to support right out of the gate even before smelling them. They are locally handmade here in the USA in Indiana with domestically grown soybeans & natural fragrance oils by some lovely girls chasing their dreams. The next thing that made me fall in love with them is the style. They are made in antique style mason jars & the packaging is so perfect for our farmhouse that I instantly was wanting to try them. Then they showed up on my doorstep & that’s when I fell more in love. I’m not lying when I say these smell absloulty amazing. I got the apple picking’, pumpkin spice, & fall leaves. I feel like a lot of candle companies have similar themed candles, but these were super unique takes on the classics which I enjoyed & it was super refreshing to have something new to burn in our home. The first one I enjoyed was the apple pickin’ & the first thing Jose said was “How do we get more of these?” haha. Needless to say they are a White Cottage Farm favorite now.
I didn’t realize how many fellow candle fans were following our blog until I shared these on my Instagram the other day & you all were so curious & so many of you have purchased some since & said you love them too now! How fun is that? This is one of my favorite things about blogging. To share things that I love so that you can fall in love with them too, to support local & handmade, & to also learn about things that you love as well! I’m loving these babies styled all over our house & they truly do fit in with our decor. Because nothing is worse than having a lovely smelling candle that doesn’t match your decor right?
I hope you guys enjoyed learning about this amazing candle company & be sure to let me know if you get some as well. Thank you SO MUCH for stopping by the blog today!! Be sure to find me on Facebook & Instagram to see more of my favorite products daily & for more behind the scenes. xx
