I wanted to quick pop on here today to share with you today the new ceiling lights we hung in our bedroom this past weekend. I’m obsessed with them & I think you will like them too! When we started this master bedroom makeover I really wanted this space to have that “old cottage” feel so when I started to look for lights I knew exactly where to start.. Schoolhouse Electric…
I’ve always been obsessed with them & have purchased a few lights from them in the past. I wanted something simple, charming, & fitting to our 1800’s farmhouse & I found the perfect ones from Schoolhouse [HERE] with this shade [HERE]. The lights add the exact detail we wanted on this room there is one above our bed & one in the hallway as you walk into the room. I love the cohesiveness of having the same lights for both ceiling lights in the room & I also love that the lights are less dramatic than the chandelier we had previously over the bed. Although I loved that light, the low profile light opens the room up more & fits more in with our cottage style vibes. We are still waiting on more lights for over the bed [two wall sconces for each side of that lovely painting] but all of these updates in our cozy master bedroom makeover are so fun! Door hardware, rugs, and more coming soon! I hope you are enjoying them & I hope you love these lights! Thank you guys so much for stopping by the blog today & every day to see what we are up to.. it means the world to me! xx

An Antique Mirror In The Bedroom
Your bedroom looks fantastic and this lamp is glamorous and so elegant. Im looking for the next changes in your bedroom.
Where did you buy the gray quilt & pillows/shams? I have the white bedspread (it just arrived yesterday) BUT our dogs sleeps on our bed and my husband says we absolutely cannot have a white bedspread but now that I’m seeing the gray quilt with it, I think we could make it work!
Where did you get your iron bedframe ?
