I turned a leaf this year and decided to try my hand at decorating for Halloween. I never really thought Halloween would fit my style, but I love challenging myself this year! Overall I would say my style leans more towards “Fallo-ween” but its definitely the best way for me to incorporate Halloween into our home. If you missed it, go check out my first Halloween look [HERE].

When TJ Maxx reached out to see if I wanted to try their #maxx50challenge over on my Instagram I was all on board because I wanted the challenge & to create another halloween look for you guys. In case you missed it, head over here to see my Instagram post! Anyways, the challenge was to go to TJ Maxx and spend $50 to create a Halloween look! I don’t know about you, but I love a good challenge. It was so fun to explore through TJ Maxx with this goal in mind. I had never shopped for halloween decor so I had fun going up and down the aisles hunting for all the fun halloween things. I especially love that everything at TJ Maxx is available for such a great deal! Here are the items I picked up to create this Halloween Mantel & of course you know I had to incorporate some signature “Liz Marie” vintage pieces in the mantel as well. In true Liz Marie fashion I took all my TJ Maxx finds and mixed them with antique and vintage finds and of course some fall foliage to create this halloween look…

What do you guys think of my second attempt at a Halloween mantel? I feel like this gives all of the glam Halloween vibes. Do you guys want me to try more challenges like this in the future? I would love to know if there are any other Halloween inspired looks you’d like me to try. Let me know in the comments! Thank you so much for visiting the blog today and every day. Xx Liz Marie

Very soft, lovely with a bit of
..boo. Wish I had a mantel.
How old is this post? Your hair is still long…thought this was a recent one. And maybe I’m missing it….but where is the mantel? This is a tall cabinet of some sort?
I love all the neutral, vintage touches with some G L A M thrown in! Beautiful! I’m great with seeing non-stop Fallo-ween!
