It’s no secret that I love fresh flowers and greenery. There’s such a soul-restoring comfort to be found in tending the garden, in gathering florals from our fields, and in clipping seasonal blooms and branches from our orchards. But all those flowers, branches, and bits of greenery need vessels. My favorites are the antique ones, the ones that seem to tell a story of their own with chipped edges, out-of-the-ordinary colors and textures, and that oh-so-lovely vintage vibe. However, recently I’ve found a lot of great vases that aren’t antique but very well look like they are. Today I wanted to share some of those fresh floral & foliage vases.

Cozy Tip!
In my new design book, Cozy White Cottage Seasons, I share this cozy tip that I also wanted offer here on the blog. If you are like me, the struggle comes along when we try to style the vessel. Some vases are too large to properly hold up stems, and some are not the right shape for styling. My trick to making stems and plants work in any vase is to put another vessel inside of it. The smaller vessel inside the vase can hold the water, prop up the stems, and prevent any damage.
