Happy Friday everyone! It’s the day of the week where I share lots of lovely inspiration to start our weekends off right. This Friday is interesting for us because we had our first “house fail” this week with our new {old- 1988} house. Our ceiling has a leak! It’s not from the roof like you would think. It’s actually in our lower level living room from a pipe we think from our upstairs bathroom. I noticed it when a drop of water hit my head while walking up the stairs. Never a good feeling. Thankfully my grandpa is an expert plumber & is so giving of his time to come help us & our ceiling guy who put in our planked ceiling is coming by to take the ceiling down. I might cry. Anyways I will most likely blog this later so let’s forget that this is going on today & get to all the beautiful things that are inspiring me this week. Be sure to leave your favorites in the comments below & follow me on Instagram & Facebook for updates on this exciting roof situation & more inspiration.

Oh my! That over-sized tuffted chair? SWOON! And that potting shed is amazing 🙂
Sorry about the roof though. Oh the joys of home ownership! Hopefully it can be fixed without too much trouble

That favorite quote – LOVE. I really need that in my life. I am struggling with motivation lately, and that is just on point.
So sorry to hear about your leaky ceiling – ugh! Sounds like you have an expert crew to make the fix happen right away. Water can be so damaging so it’s really a blessing you caught it early.
This are good pics! Good inspiration!
Hoping your roof damage is minimal! Love your favorites today – he bathroom tile is so beautiful and I don’t think I’d ever get out of that chair!
It’s a tough one, but my favorite would have to be that beautiful house. Great selections over all for your Friday Favorites!
Those shelves, were my fav!!
I’m loving all of your pics this week, especially that quote! Hope the ceiling issue ends up minor! I know how old houses can throw you for a loop! 🙁
